Mediator’s Fee Schedule

ZOOM MEDIATION is $100 less per hour than IN-PERSON MEDIATION.

Zoom Mediator’s Fee Schedule*
Hourly Rate: $300 per hour (e.g., $100 per party, if 3 parties) (2-hour minimum)
1/2 Day – (9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm) – $1,000 (up to 4 hours)

In-Person Mediator’s Fee Schedule**
Hourly Rate: $400 per hour (e.g., $133 per party, if 3 parties) (2-hour minimum)
1/2 Day – (9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm) – $1,400 (up to 4 hours)

Mortgage Modification Mediation in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Cases
$500 (for one or two separate 1-hour sessions)

Mr. Wohlsifer does not charge to review pre-mediation summaries, selected court filings, or other relevant documents, if any.

*Mediation Fees are to be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise Ordered by the Court or agreed to by the Parties.
**Mr. Wohlsifer does not charge for travel time within the Greater Tampa Bay Area.

Cancelation Fee: A $325.00 cancellation fee shall become due if the cancellation is made within 72 business hours of a scheduled mediation session.
